I have used Unit One time after time with my car, they are simply the best at what they do. The people there are honest, hard working and trustworthy people. I even had a last minute issue with my car when I was meant to drive to Austria and they did everything they could to fix it for me within a day. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Having done my vehicle service from Unit One last time and it still displays "service required" notification. Not sure if they really did the oil change this time. Plus its really hard to get any booking with them (always busy). Receptioniat got me a booking fr Friday but when I went there the rude guy said its next Friday. Staff as usuall rude and unprofessuonal. Not going there again.
Have been using unit 1 for years. Recently they came to the rescue when our car needed a part for it's MOT. Always super helpful and friendly service and it's our go-to garage!
