Absolutely ridiculous experience. Had an Amazon collection at Unisystems, turned up early at 6am and was told by the director to come back at 9. Came back at 9 and the queue was all the way out to the road. Didn’t start to get loaded until 11:30am. When I mentioned I’d been turned away earlier, the guy loading me said he could’ve loaded me at 6am. So what was the point in making me wait an extra 5 hours? Yard is small, badly managed, and if you’re turned away, good luck — you have to reverse all the way back out to the road ... read more
Small yard, but it's easily workable. Very friendly and sound staff. They will load or tip you as quick as possible. If yard has a truck loading, park at top of the road and form a que. Helps to avoid blocking other businesses in the area. Snack bar in the locality if you have to wait. Overall top class staff, very quick turnaround. 5
