Bought a T6 from Unique a couple of weeks ago, as ex motor trade I’m often hard to impress and probably a difficult buyer but on the other hand I understand buying a 9 year old vehicle with 80k on the clock, regardless of history and overall condition means at some point you will run into some issues. Just picked up my Transporter T6 from Matt this morning🤩 The whole process has been easy and well organised even picking me up from the train station. When I got into the van I was really please to see that the gear knob and gator had been replaced without me asking as it was a bit tatty. When I got home I found the armrest didn’t lock in, one WhatsApp message and they are sending out a repair kit. Couldn’t fault the service, thanks Unique Transporters 👍
I thought that I had left a review when I bought my van from UT, but can't see it so I just wanted to say what an amazing experience it was dealing with this company. They put my mind at rest about buying a van and answered all of the questions that I had. I have had the van, Citroen Berlingo, for a year now and it hasn't given me any problems. Bought a transporter from them at the start of the year witch has now cost me £4000 to fix. Took it to my local mechanic for the belt squeaking when cold when there he found that the cambelt had been replaced for a non genuine one and when doing the cambelt they had only replaced the belt and not the water pump witch is a belt tensioner as well as not replacing the idle rollers. Also found out that the van had miss match injectors witch I was told by my mechanic that they looked to be used and not new. It had been advertised... read more
I travelled from Essex to pickup my Transporter T6 and glad that I did. Brilliant service, and great delivery including my multiple additional requests for changes after agreeing to purchase. Highly recommended and I would not think twice about purchasing from them again.
