Im a 89 year old senior, I had a stopped up kitchen sink last week, I called Ars. A very nice young man came and snaked out the drain lines, he was here 1 hour, and I was charged $416.00. I feel that this was too much to pay for one hours work, the work was fine, the cost was excessive. I wont use this company again. ******************

ARS tech did not provide me with a copy of his inspection. He also quoted me $400 for a UV light oxidizer, even though the unit was installed in 2022 and has a lifetime warranty. I sent an email to corporate asking for clarification; no response. I have left several voice-mails with their call centers because you can't actually talk to anyone; again no response.

Had a new water heater installed today. This is the second time Ive used ARS this year for plumbing and Ill continue using them for whatever hvac and plumbing needs I have.
Sales was professional and courteous. Provided all the info and answered all my questions regarding a new HVAC system. Once contract was signed they came out the next day. The team that came to do the install were professional showed me how to use the system and were respectful of my property.

I would give negative stars if I could. Was supposed to have a technician come out from 8 - 12, no one showed up. They scheduled another one from 12 - 4. I get a call at 330 telling me no one is available, but I can get rescheduled from 4 - 8. HARD NO. Eight hours of a day wasted when I could have called a company that actually wanted to work. Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

I am a 100% disabled military veteran and a former federal law enforcement officer. My wife and I had purchased a over $17,000 ****************** 2020 through ****** service and have been problems ever since.
