Outstanding customer service with very experienced representative who explained every aspect of the new unit that we needed to include upgrading connections to increase airflow cooling to room that was always warm. The installers were very experienced and really did a great job! They explained what we needed to know on operating and care of our unit. My wife and I are extremely happy we decided to choose Unique to provide us our new unit. I already recommended them to a friend.
Outstanding customer service! ***** arrived early and was a pleasure to have him explain the necessary furnace repairs. He was quick, thorough, friendly and professional. I would definitely ask for ***** and trust him as a first choice to do any future repairs. ******************** has never disappointed. Highly recommended!

Horrible!!!!! Warning ??I purchased a unit August 2022. No less than 20 times they have been out. Foamed in the literal flap to insert filter. At month 11 I had had enough. I was going to have them pull the unit. We compromised on a 1 year extended warranty. They tricked me and set just a labor warranty. I am now 2 months into the extended warranty and the system clogs and looses power constantly. The entire bottom of the unit is rusted and I have mold on the plywood the installed it on. We had a hot water leak under our sink as well as broken sink drain piping due to age. We called Brothers, and they provided excellent service. *********** was very professional and courteous. He fixed our problems. We couldnt be happier!
