He was very professional, explained what happened, made the fix, cleaned the system for me. I have 2 separate systems. He was here 2 yrs ago for the other system. Same price as 2 yrs ago for the labor. No increase in cost. I'm very happy.
The company keeps calling after telling them never call me again keep calling trying to sell warranty services, and keep calling.
Outstanding customer service with very experienced representative who explained every aspect of the new unit that we needed to include upgrading connections to increase airflow cooling to room that was always warm. The installers were very experienced and really did a great job! They explained what we needed to know on operating and care of our unit. My wife and I are extremely happy we decided to choose Unique to provide us our new unit. I already recommended them to a friend.
Outstanding customer service! ***** arrived early and was a pleasure to have him explain the necessary furnace repairs. He was quick, thorough, friendly and professional. Horrible!!!!! Warning ??I purchased a unit August 2022. No less than 20 times they have been out. Foamed in the literal flap to insert filter. At month 11 I had had enough. I was going to have them pull the unit. We compromised on a 1 year extended warranty. They tricked me and set just a labor warranty. I am now 2 months into the extended warranty and the system clogs and looses power constantly. The entire bottom of the unit is rusted and I have mold on the plywood the installed it on.
