They were her in one day to sell me an HVAC SYSTEM. Installation paid for in June and Im still waiting in October for them to finish the furnace side. No one ever responds to email or calls back when ******* says they will. Do not use this company if you plan to have them come back.

Negative stars are in order here. ******/ARS Rescue Rooter should be ashamed of themselves for trying to take advantage of people. Telling someone that their a/c unit needed to be replaced for $17K to $24K is unthinkable. The only thing wrong with said unit is that the old taping was pulled off and needed to be replaced. The service tech stated the unit had numerous issues, including needing all l new duct work.
