This company is amazing! We are in the middle of selling our current home and we hit the garage wall with the boat last week. Did a excellent job installing tongue and groove pine walls in my spare bedroom as well as reinstalling the vanity, sink, and toilet in the spare bathroom. I trusted them to do the work in a house I was selling and didn't see the completed work until a week after. They did not disappoint and I definitely recommend.

Only a 1 year warranty on the new roof they installed. I have had about a six leaks and they never fully fix the issues, or replaced the roof face, just 2 dozen spot applications of silicone. It's 2 years later and now I have to pay another vendor for a full tear down and re-installation. Unique tried to make it right with additional visits after a year, but the leaks remain and the short warranty is expired.
We've used Unique Construction for three different projects so far and all of them have exceeded our expectations. Whether it was painting our nursery, resurfacing a deck, or helping update our home office, they were great to work with, easy to communicate to, and did exactly what they said they'd do. They'll continue to be our go-to company for projects around our house.

Jennifer did a great job on my ceiling! Almost half of my old plaster ceiling had fallen in the living room. She replaced my entire ceiling and installed new insulation. She kept me informed of exactly what she was doing each day. Great experience!
