RecommendedAmazing experience! We had a leak from our kitchen faucet that got under our floors. So floors had to be dried out. After dry out I called Kyle on a Friday. We set up a time for him to come look at the kitchen on Tuesday. He then had a team of two workers out here the next day on Wednesday and they were done by Thursday. Great work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them for work that people need done around the house. I will call them next time for sure!
Unique Construction Services is an awesome company to do business with. As an electrician, I've dealt with a lot of contractors but Unique is top notch in my opinion!

Kyle and his team are the absolute BEST in Knoxville!! We had an extensive list of repairs for our home closing and a timeframe of 3 days and Kyle and his team (Doug and Tyler were rockstars!) were able to pull the whole thing off with absolute flying colors!! They did deck repair, grout and caulk repair, refinished sections of hardwood floor, mitigated fungus in the basement, built a custom baluster to secure the 1935 stair railing when a 2x4 could have done the trick but wouldn't have looked as good, and SO many more other... read more

This 5 star rating is due to Kyle's decision making when an issue involving multiple parties in a home purchase became critical. The outcome was a closed deal for both parties. Things aren't always perfect, but I know Kyle is always looking to improve!
Unique Construction did our entire office build out for Thrive Chiropractic. We are very pleased with how everything came out and would highly recommend them for anything from a new deck to an entire office build. They worked with us the entire process and got finished in a timely manner. Very neat and respectful crew they have as well!

Unique have done several projects for me. Each time they have completed them to the highest standard and with the utmost honesty & integrity. They are respectful, courteous and honest about what needs to done. I have had two issues, whereby they could have taken advantage of me, however, their integrity saved me money, time and aggravation. Hence, I will use them for all of my needs within their services.
