Ive been shopping at uniqlo since 2016 way before it became mainstream but this is genuinely the worst returns policy ive ever seen the staff make up rules. Had an item i bought online which was no longer available in the size i wanted was told by a colleague to just come back day after and return and item i already had and buy it back as an exchange. Overcrowded, overpriced and changing room staff are rude. My girlfriend was going to try clothes on so I was going to go in the changing room with her or wait outside the curtain to give my opinion and I was told I had to leave because I wasn’t trying anything on. The changing rooms were empty so it’s not like I was getting in the way of other people. I stood outside the changing rooms only to be glared at by the staff.
