They are pretty fair in their electric compared to others !! I'm satisfied with Union Rural !!
We are on our 2nd country property with URE service. Never been out for longer than 3hours (That was a really bad storm), outages rarely happen, and the staff has always been friendly. They have served us a total of 10years:)
their price for electric is crazy high or their meters are rigged to run faster showing that you use more or something our house is small 2 bed room living room bathroom kitchen and sun room we have gas heat so we dont heat with their priceless electric everyone needs to band together demand lower prices and call PUCO its time people to stand together tell this company we are sick of it and we are not taking it anymore
Wonderful facility...easy access, close to Rt33, plenty of parking, great amenities, and all in a LEED Gold Certified building!
We purchased our home in the area January 2016. It's a small 3 bedroom ranch style home. Our highest electric bill was around $350 and that was the coldest of months which was way colder than this year. Last month our electric bill was $533 and this month $501. It's insane!!! I've called multiple times and all I get is that if you have a heat pump it runs constantly under 32 degrees. But we've had the same heat pump and it's never been any where near $500!!
