So I watched this video and rechecked several times how to enter in your contest for the $100.00 of your electric bill. It is unclear and scattered throughout the video making it almost impossible to enter. It is totally unacceptable. There should just be a form to fill out at the end of the video. And according to your email the video is "short". Since when is an eighteen minute video short? Not impressed. And I have been as member of URE for more than 40 years.
October 31st our power goes out. It appeared to me that all our neighbors still had power. In less than an hours time a crew was dispatched and diagnosed the issue and restored power. Thank you for a job well done 👍
A big thank you to the URE crew that got our electricity up and going again after a line was accidentally broken, early FRIDAY morning. They went above and beyond by providing assistance to my electrician in getting the problem fixed in a very timely manner. Thank you Ken Parish, Kaleb, and Austin (I hope I spelled your names correctly). 🙌👏👍👍

Great local cooperative! They do a great job and are very supportive of the community.
We have bee a URE customer for almost 10 years. We have had very few outages. URE works very hard to keep trees trimmed to prevent storm outages. Recently I ran power to an out building and URE was very helpful. They provided me a solution to pull power from my existing meter including a couple on site visits. All this at no charge, just a service they provide there customers.
No electricity due to a main breaker failure (or some other reason) means no well water, refrigeration, or heating. Thanks to the fast and friendly service from the Customer Service Reps in the lobby to the proactive Linemen, repairs could be made and restoration went smoothly! The weak link is certainly not URE. because they don't care about their customers. they shut us down over a few $100 and its 25° this morning. the person I spoke to was very rude. and said she pays her bill on time every month so she don't have this problem. wow I'm sorry I fed my kids this month. I hate this company !
