Absolutely my favorite place to go here in Boston! You’d be crazy to not agree! Jim Sullivan is an amazing asset to this establishment! His hospitality and welcoming attitude was quite impressive! The atmosphere is 10stars! And the “ clam chowda “ is omg so good ! We returned the next day for more ! I do not have 1 bad thing to say about this place ! And make sure you say Hi to Jim Sullivan !
Amazing food, lovely staff (we had the wonderful Barbie)..Great decor....I will definately return and I would highly recommend. The oysters are amazing. Thank you for the chowder and corn bred recipe!
The atmosphere upstairs is family parlor. Cornbread was good. Portions were small. The steamers had large pieces of sand. We even rinsed them twice. Overall impression yes everyone should go for the historical aspect. Foodwise not so much.
The food was fresh and delicious. We had the oysters and lobster. Amazing. Pass on the beans, not worth filling up on those. The corn bread they give you to start is yummy.
Excellent food. Wonderful waitress and hospitality.
Oysters were average and the service was slow. Place was packed and the drinks are over priced. Oysters were from Vermont...
The staff and atmosphere are amazing. The food was good, but I was impressed with the bartenders, hostesses, serving staff, and oyster bar dude. Made the experience special and fun.
Best Oyster bar experience ever! Staff ran down the street with my buddies phone too, when does that happen ever?
Absolutely amazing! Liked it so much came back for a second round before heading home to Arkansas!
