Lovely staff, the wait was not to long. My needs we taken care of.
I thought the nurse that was in care of my stroma had a very bad attitude. Even though my niece works there and she's not close with us I believe it is the nurse was very unprofessional

I want to say thanks to all the personnel that was involved in the surgery that Dr. Justin Tortolani did in my spine on August 7. Everyone please receive my thanks from the bottom of my heart. You're a team that treat your patients with care and love.
I came in Sunday with a left hand that had just lost a battle with a table saw. My ring finger was severed and my pinkie finger was just barely hanging on. From the moment I got here I knew I was at the right place. I can't name all the people who I've met but everyone was a professional. Your staff in the hand center is awesome. From, doctor Nick and nurse Laura in the OR, to Jessica, Parul, Terry, Kate, Ty and everyone else on 7th floor west. You all saved my hand and you will always be in my heart. God Bless you all.
This is the best hospital i have ever been in! They pride themselves on keeping you pain free and comfortable. Extremely nice and caring. My sons are not huggy people and the nurse made my son walk me to the entrance of the surgery door and made him give me a hug. Loved it! Would highly recommend this hospital to everybody getting orthopedic surgery!
