I have always luv Union Memorial they did my surgery 2012 n everyone was so professional n made me feel very comfortable .
The nurses, and the Dr that did mine procedure was extremely nice. Made me feel very comfortable, held mine hand throughout the procedure explain what they was doing, and what I would feel. Outstanding care.
They really are taking care of my loved one i recommend this hospital any time.
I Love Dr Guyton he is great, I love his staff also they are wonderful and work with you. It is well worth the 2 and half hour drive there. I have total faith in this Hospital as well. THANK YOU!!!

Your Asthma Allergy and Sinus Center is TERRIBLE at patient relations. I called earlier this week re an RX refill authorization and got no help, but plenty of attitude. Got more of the same (from the same person, Wendy) when I called again yesterday and the situation isn't even close to resolved. Between this poor service and Express Scripts' complete incompetence, I am likely to be without a medication I need twice a day to be able to breathe properly for up to TWO WEEKS. Ridiculous. If you contact me, NO PHONE, PM only.
Security guards not doing there jobs the way they are supposed to. They let anybody through those doors. Very disappointed in the security officers.
We had a good experience at Union Memorial. The people that work at Union are wonderful! They answered every question and if they could help they did! The facility was well taken care of and clean! They even had an employee go fill my prescription while I'm waiting in the waiting room to save time getting my husband home.
All the Doctors and nurses have been very friendly and paying close attention to our mother Mary Mccusker. They are making sure she is getting all the care necessary for her to recover and keeping her in CCU to heal with no further complications. I love them all and are grateful to Dr. Naserellah? and all the rest of the team who has been there since day one Dr. Lee, Anise, Jenn, Wanda, Andrew, etc.. Thank you all for what you have done thus far for Mom!!!!!
