All of the staff that we encountered were great. They were extremely nice, did great with needles, and took care of anything I asked for and needed help with. I was there for 6 hours but the staff was so friendly and constantly checking on me so the time flew by. Wonderful hand specialist also!

My appt was at 8 I didn't get seen until 1115 I had to call out from work
My experience with the Hand Clinic has always been pleasurable, and the staff are very professional.
Union Memorial is truely the best heart hospital in the world. All 3 of my nurses treated me like i was the only patient there. Mary,Diana, and Jaxx. The care could not have been any better. Dr Wang also is the best at what he does.
Dr. Gomez and the ER nurses were amazing. The woman who checked me into the ER told me to relax. I had just accidentally poisoned myself so excuse me for not being calm. Otherwise, a really great crew helped me.
Got a parking ticket...and it was after 6pm..fed the meter and went to my truck and there was a $32.00 ticket after putting 2 quarters into the meter...not looking at the slip you put into the window which read .10 cent... fighting this one
Unclean, Unprofessional, Unrealistic wait time, extremely insensitive! More concerned with being on their cellular devices and trading jokes opposed to the patients!
