My appointment took over two hours. Don't know if they were shorthanded?
I just had reverse shoulder replacement. Dr. Murthi and team were great. Barbara checked me in and did my pre op testing, very friendly, nice lady, very professional and knowledgeable. Surgery went well and I am now recovering. I spent the night in 7 East. I must say Edna and Kerin were wonderful throughout the night. I wanted for nothing and was cared for very well. I have been a caregiver for almost 18 years with lots of hospitalizations. This hospital is very clean, quiet, and I didn't meet one employee that was frowning or dragging. Impressive
They have the best doctors and the nurses was the best understanding everything i love then all
There staff on the 4th floor is very rude n unhelpful trying to give my mom the wrong medicine n ain't giving her the medicine she needs
The ortho surgical team, Dr. Defontes and Dr.wisbeck are some of the best around! Spent one i night up on 7 East and the team there is wonderful as always. Jessica and Frank were great Friday during the day. Friday night Ty and Jean were very friendly and just great to talk to. During the day yesterday I had Amy as my nurse and Yazmeen as my care associate, they are fantastic people so understanding and caring. Being the hospital is never a great experience however these people make it as great as it can be!
I Always come here ...i been with this hospital since 1998 when they delivered babies i had my 3 oldest 3 here
