Had my windshield replaced at UniglassPlus and the whole experience was excellent. Lisa was amazing to deal with super helpful, honest, and made everything easy from start to finish. The work was done exceptionally well and in a timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend them to others.

I recently had my windshield replaced at Uniglass on Civic Road. The replacement itself went smoothly, but the problem came afterward — the technician tucked in my dash camera wires, and now they’re stuck near the sensor area on the windshield. I can’t take them out anymore. When I contacted them about it, I was told they only have one technician who goes around to different locations, so there was no immediate help available. The receptionist was also quite rude, even though it was clearly their mistake during installation.... read more
