At the beginning I was extremely anxious, scared even. However, I was immediately put at ease and, following several sessions, I cannot fully explain how good talking therapy has been for me. I feel heard/validated; and have firm boundaries in place moving forward. Thank you so very much. Its been lifechanging!

I did the Reki 1 course with Roy. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot which i intend to put into practice. Roy is informative and moves at the pace of the group. Well worth doing

I visited Unicorn Therapist a few months ago. My head was in a mess with anxiety and stress. After a couple of visits I was able to think and make a plan to help with my anxiety it was amazing.
