Brilliant service from Unicorn - turned up when they said they would & bang on time, fixed problem with spa, took the time to explain what they found - nice guys, know their stuff, definitely highly recommended.
I messaged Matt after our Spa Form hot tub had a fault. He was so responsive and informative and came out quickly to repair. Highly recommend.
Matt is always super friendly and helpful, he really knows his stuff and nothing is too much bother for him. He's helped us out on numerous occasions and been on the other end of the phone to answer our many innate questions. He's a pleasure to have around, does a thorough job and is a genuinely lovely guy. Highly recommend him.

Matt came over to close the pool down for winter. I found him very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a couple of issues with my pool and me being a novice, Matt took the time to explain the issues and possible solutions very clearly.
