I have used this pharmacy for quite a few years. I've never experienced anything other than excellent service. They have a good range of products, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Very thankful.
Stood waiting directly at the counter for a few minutes while staff were doing other things, that wasn’t an issue. After about 3-4 minutes a staff member walked up and rudely said “if you want someone to help you, then stand at the counter” after I had been standing right at the counter. Seemed weirdly aggressive towards customers. Terrible customer service.
