What a wonderful service. I spoke to Simon late on Saturday and reserved a car. I picked it up early Monday afternoon after it had an MOT. A very pleasant experience. Simon is a credit to your business.
I have lost count of the number of times I have emailed and haven't received a reply from the Service Manager at Underwoods Skoda. Ditto phone calls. I always get through to reception without a problem. The fun starts when they try to pass me to the Servicing Department. No one seems keen to pick up the diverted call so I end up leaving my VRN with the receptionist and asking for a call back. But no one calls. It's a level of service that can only get better but if the Manager doesn't seem bothered then I think it's unlikely... read more

Receptionist not polite, twice emphasized that my hire van was taking up space in the car park. Curt attitude, came out feeling undervalued.
