Very professional and experienced company with an eye for detail. We were selling quite a complicated parcel of land that had tenants and Underwoods dealt with us, the tenants and buyer with the utmost care and understanding - which went above and beyond what we expected. Good communicators and highly recommended.
1st Experience of Underwoods and cannot state how impressed from First communication to meeting Paul onsite to now. You get what you pay for and the experience and his knowledge of the Peterborough was second to none. When remortgaging you want firm but fair and confident that the Surveyor knows the market place and location. I will use Paul and Underwoods for further applications and would suggest anybody else looking for a Surveyor and Company that Underwoods be top of that list.
