Had a phone appointment with David, one of the pharmacists here. David was friendly, polite and thorough, ensuring any follow up from our appointment was done immediately. Having just moved to the area and needing to transfer over my prescription, I was worried the process would be complicated but David made it easy and simple. Many thanks.
I have been with this surgery for over 20 years and it is the best! The doctors are wonderful and the nurses exceptional. Yes, it has the same problems as every other NHS establishment but I feel loved and cared for at Underwood.
Thank you to Dr Justin Forbes and his team for such excellent care. This surgery is the best that I have ever attended. Dr Forbes came to visit when I was ill for a period of time and ensured that everything was set up to facilitate my being housebound. Referrals are handled immediately at Underwood surgery and the Pharmacists action medication requests very quickly also.
