In the beginning two women, who wanted to start a business, began a "cottage industry", in the basement of a home (thus, the name). Business grew because we put ourselves and our product out in the public eye as much as possible, all civic events, art and craft shows, charitable events. Awesome location, once we found it!! It was a little tricky to find, since our gps took us to the old location. Delicious lunch and exceptional cheesecake! We will for sure be back again!
We chose The Underground Cheesecake Company to do our wedding cake(s). Best decision ever! Our wedding cake and dessert cakes not only looked amazing and exceeded our expectations but they tasted fantastic! Jennifer is so talented and friendly. It was a pleasure working with her through the tastings and the planning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality cakes and a friendly staff!
