In the beginning two women, who wanted to start a business, began a "cottage industry", in the basement of a home (thus, the name). Business grew because we put ourselves and our product out in the public eye as much as possible, all civic events, art and craft shows, charitable events. Their cheesecake is orgasmic. Particularly the bourbon caramel cheesecake! It’s the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. ���
So can someone please get back to me? I want my money back. I placed an order on 10/30/2017. I have sent numerous facebook messages and sent an inquiry via your website. $63 was taken from my bank account and I don't have my order. I want an answer about getting my money back. If I have to I will file a complaint with the BBB. This has gotten to a point that is ridiculous!

Alls I have to say is whoever the older lady working TODAY is RUDE. So snippy that I couldn't even purchase anything because of it.
Frozen chocolate covered cheesecake on a stick-AMAZING. One of my must have favorite stops in beautiful Traverse City at the State Hospital.
Love the cheesecake...but service is seriously lacking. I have had this problem a few times now, where I come and you are not open even though your site says you are. For example today, says you are open at 10:00am.....10:30am I am there and your gates are closed, no lights, nothing. Come back at 11:30am, same thing. Either update your hours or check you staff and make sure they are there when they are supposed to be!!
