Super helpful and very reasonable priced! Thierry found a new stem shifter for my 90s racer after my old one sheered. Other bike shops said it'd cost £50 to find the part alone, but Thierry found the part and fitted me new cables, all for less. Will be returning for any future bike issues in future :)
I had a fantastic experience with Thierry / Underground bicycles. He firstly gave some great advice over the phone for frame size for my daughter's single speed bike (a present for her 18th). He then agreed to meet me at the weekend out of hours to see the bike at his lockup at short notice. And finally he allowed me to store it until just before her birthday, also meeting me out of hours to hand it over. Amazing place for second hand bikes! Thierry found me the perfect bike for my commute and offered it at a generous discounted price. He also let me know where to get a solid lock and helmet for a good price as well!
I can only describe Thierry as a guardian angel! My back bike wheel got stuck and after walking with it over my one shoulder, Thierry invited me into his workshop. He diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed my bike in about 5 minutes. I’ll definitely head back for bike repairs or should I need to buy a brand new bike. 10/10!
