Terrible surgery
Absolutely no help what’s so ever doctors are “off” most of time and when I ring no one answer till about half 8 and can’t go no appointment
The doctors and nurses at this clinic are absolutely fantastic and can't fault them. The clinic is let down by the unhelpful admin staff, practice manager, and practice bureaucracy, which prevents care from those who need it. I've had ongoing issues, which I couldn't see my GP about because I couldn't get an appointment or get past the front desk!! 2 months later, I've had to rely on a different clinic and A&E to get treated. Fed up of this place and will find another practice.
