I’m new to Austin and needed furniture. I went to IKEA, walked in and had an anxiety attack instantly! I found uncommon OBJECTS today and my heart grew three sizes! It was fun, funky, eclectic.... ME! Love love love! Plan on spending some time looking! I was there a couple of hours and feel like I missed half of it!
Every trip to visit our son in Austin, we live in Illinois, this is a must stop. Their name describes their merchandise perfectly so don't go there expecting your current typical "antique" store fare. We bought a pinball machine last week and got it home safely and still working! We've been to flea markets and antique stores literally across the country and this is our favorite. Just wish it was bigger!
I am a mixed media artist and I absolutely love the unique items/antiques they sell. I enjoy touring there store it has museum style groupings. Prices are fair market. I live 41/2 hours away in East Texas but I so enjoy visiting their shop when I visit my daughter that lives in Kyle.

This store is absolutely amazing! It is an ageless and timeless experience taking you through bizarre and eclectic displays that are filled with all sorts of curiosities that are arranged carefully and artistically by color and genre. There are literally thousands of uncommon objects to feast your eyes on! We took our time and just loved venturing through this awesome store! I scored a unique, clear glass kewpie tooth pick holder from 1910-1920 cirque! You Gotta Go!!!!
