Dr. Nelson refused to treat my husband because he’s a veteran. He repeatedly told him he just needed to go to the VA for treatment even after we told him that the VA is over an hour away. He kept saying “I can’t help you but there are shoulder and elbow specialists there who can help you”. I asked if he treated elbows and shoulders. He said yes but I can’t help you. Extremely disappointing treatment of a veteran!!!! Especially a veteran who was using regular insurance for the appointment.
