It was by far my best urgent care experience. I was passing thru on a work trip and needed care for a bad cough and breathing issues. It was Easter and they got me right thru. They all seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Very thankful
I came in last minute feeling horrible during my second trimester. Little did I know I had COVID-19. Before my diagnosis and even after, every single staff member went above and beyond to comfort me. They were professional, compassionate and so patient with me. They even made sure I had a room waiting for me at Nash General for further treatment. Thank you for all that you do! This is the best walk in clinic/urgent care ive been to in the area. The doctor and nurse were helpful and nice to my son (who was there for an ear infection). Honestly, all the staff were great. Only a few people there and the place was very clean. I was waiting for my bill before i posted to see if they charged a crazy amount like the other review said but in my case it was $127, so a bit cheaper than his normal doctor on a sick visit. We will definitely be back if/when we need an urgent care.
