Fantastic fast service in coming to our property in Lamplugh and unblocking the main drain almost as soon as we called for help. Even cleaned up very well. What a fabulous and timely service.

A BIG THANK YOU to all the team at Unblock Cumbria, what great service. The other morning we had a big problem, the water from the septic tank wasn't draining away and the sewage was backing up and blocking the pipes from the house. I had a go at rodding it but by lunch-time I realised that I wasn't going to clear it myself so I rang Unblock Cumbria. I made first contact in January, they failed to turn up when they said, but after I called again. They came out in Feb 4th and looked at pump and took pictures and said it will need a new one and the office would call in a a day or 2. I waited until March 15th and called again, a Mandy or Wendy said she would call me back the next day. No calls come from her, so I called again March 23rd. This time she told me I needed a new pump one was on order and would be fitted in 1-3 weeks depending on their fitter. I called 12th April... read more
