These boys are unreal - incredibly hard workers - they never stopped!! Delighted with the finished product - gives me a room that wasn’t being used other than as a laundry room!

MAJOR EDIT... After being initially satisfied and after a few months the roof started leaking. Very disappointed. They have ignored my request to resolve this. They visited while I wasn't present and reported back/claimed the roof leaked due an issue that was not of their making. We asked an independent roofer to take a look and not to alter anything they did, just to get a second opinion. We recently got our conservatory roof replaced with Ultratherm. The quality of the new roof is poor. It doesn't have a constant slope, instead it has bumps, bends, and looks far from professionally completed. The workers damaged the side panels of the conservatory so corrosion started to emerge. The whole experience with Ultratherm was excellent from start to finish. Elise was fantastic and so supportive from early stages of the design, welcoming us to the showroom and guiding us through the entire process. All the team that build our Garden Room were so efficient and professional, we cannot reccomend them enough. We are over the moon with our new space and will definitely reccommend Ultratherm to family and friends who are looking for smart building solutions.
