EXCELLENT SERVICE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY
We used Ultraklean3 on our agent recommendation. We used them for end of the tenency cleaning. Good - Oven and kitchen appliances cleaning Carpet are cleaned Flat looks neat and tidy Bad Cleaners were 2 hours late. Floors has watermarks and other marks Balcony and windows are not cleaned We paid them almost £295 and not worth it.
Quick and responsive on messages which was the only positive aspect. However: 1. Expensive - almost £300 for basic cleaning; 2. Areas that should have been cleaned in the house were not. This was not communicated as well. Now the realtor is deducting an additional £150 for further cleaning which is very disappointing. 3. They were 2 hours late Overall, they need to up their game. Not worth the money.
