Messed both myself and my elderly mother around despite knowing she needed to get some plumbing work done urgently. She had come out of respite care feeling unwell and with very poor mobility. I have no problem with companies not wanting to do the work but would appreciate you having the decency to reply and let me know you couldn’t be bothered rather than fob me off. Just moved in to a new house, 1 of the ensuite showers stopped working after 4 weeks. Spoke to Jenny in the office and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. The engineer attended on time and managed to fix the issue by resetting something in our loft. No parts required and all fixed within 30 mins. Great service and honesty.

Thoroughly recommend. Leanne in Admin was extremely efficient in answering our queries and nothing was too much trouble. Tap replacement was booked in quickly & job done to high standard with no issues. Thank you UltraHeat for coming to our rescue!

Haven’t used them but saw them throw their litter out of their van on the duel carriageway. Pretty scummy.
