I have been to the store many times this summer with water issues... no matter how many times they see me in a week, everyone is always friendly and so helpful!
My wife and I was in search of a new hot tub for our back yard. We found the hot tub that we love. Through this whole experience I am greatful to have had Adam, and Travis help me through all of it. You guys are the best! If you are looking for a great experience, then you need to check out these guys out at the west ultra modern pool location. I went to the west store in search of a nice, yet affordable, patio set. Everyone there was helpful and attentive. Kara was especially nice and led me to the perfect set. It is holding up very well, super comfy and looks great on my back patio. Would definitely recommend this business for any pool/patio needs!!
I have had service calls and received zero response or feedback. Especially since Greg isn't there anymore. Don't buy a tub from here, nobody cares after they make a few thousand dollars off of you.
My husband has wanted his own pool table for YEARS, and I can't tell you how thankful I am that the Ultra Modern staff has put up with him coming into the store from time to time to inquire about brands, models, and costs. If you want piss poor service look no more, you have found the place to be. I am currently waiting, once again, for a tech to come replace the part that it took them 3 Weeks just to order. Everytime I have called for them to come out they give me a specific time and yet here I am waiting an hour and a half late so far today, it was almost 3 hours late last time they came out. We got a great deal on our little personal. FreeFlow, Cascina 4 person hot tub !! Perfect size for an old retired couple. LOL. Seriously we love it, great for tired and sore muscles. We use it every night before bed and fall asleep relaxed. Ultra Modern Pool & Patio has been in Wichita for decades and should around for many more. Their staff is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Best of all they are local with three locations.
