Excellent experience! My husband and I purchased a Hot Spring Spa from Ultra Modern. The entire staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much Ultra Modern...we love our hot tub and we highly recommend Ultra Modern!
Purchased from Ultra Modern a brand new beautiful Jacuzzi "party " hot tub. Delivery guys were excellent. We love it!
Had service department work on our hot tub for a slow leak..it was still usable. 3 months later it has major leak and we found out the bill is $1200. Poor customer service and communication.
For some reason NO ONE at this business takes ANY responsibility for what they do wrong!!! The service department in particular plays the "blame, excuse, denial" game very well. Not only will I avoid them but I recommend to others- Stay away!!
