Being a single mother you never know how you will be treated when you are wanting something like a hot tub. I had no idea what I wanted. Greg was great. He was very kind. Greg at the east store is probably one of the best guys I know. His knowledge on spa is hands down above all. Hey should be nicknamed the God of hot tubs. Truly amazing!!!
We had Greg do some troubleshooting on a pool pump that several other pool companies could not figure out. He took the time in more ways than one to try and figure out a solution for us. It was so awesome to have someone listen to us and then get us taken care of to the end. Ruth at the west store is the best there is at figuring out chemicals for your pool. Elizabeth Dougherty is great! She has great customer service and is very knowledgeable. You can tell she really cares and puts all shes got into her job!!! The hot tubes are AWESOME! I would highly recommend this place!
