Very poor service. They promise you a call back when your having difficulties, but can never seem to call you back. called over a week ago and the head of service, Kristin, promised to get back with me. Did not hear anything back so after 10 days called back. This time promised by Ryan I would get a call back. Not shocked that again I received no call back.
RecommendedWent in to get my water tested to figure out why the cloudy water in the spa. They explained the print out on what to do which I did. Within a few hours it was crystal clear. Thank you.

The Derby store saved the day. Its February, not exactly pool season and we were staying at a hotel with a pool and forgot my daughters floater at home. Super happy that we were able to find not only that your store was open on a Saturday afternoon, but that you carried kids swimming accessories. My 4 year old was thrilled and you helped this momma bring a smile to her face.

Went in to make a service appt for a new pool cover. Sales rep tried to call service who didn’t answer. Sales rep took my number and said they would call. They never did. I called in and placed a second request and the sales rep said they would be out next day. They never showed or called. I guess they don’t need my business. I called back to let them know to cancel and the person answering the phone was not very invested in my feedback. Looks like you guys don’t need my money. Good luck.

I have been to many stores, shop, and outlets in my day. I own my own business, so I know how it all works. This business has a 600% markup. Not even the wealthy buy that overpriced product. How they can price that stuff that high is robbery.
