We went down and bought 2 of their $2400 chairs. Life time warranty. We called Debbie after 2 weeks and told her we needed service on one of the chairs because it was making noise. I called and checked on when they would come out and look at it. Nothing happened and now i have a chair completely broken down. Poor service and customer follow up. We’ve had HOMECREST Outdoor Furniture for 25 years and whenever we need replacement slings or parts, Ultra Modern is our source. HOMECREST really is lifetime furniture.
