Bought a caldera hot tub and these folks were excellent to work with, it was a good experience, would highly really recommend them and will use them again
I bought a Grandee Hot Springs Spa at a great price. The assistant manager came out to the house prior to the sale and helped me figure out concrete placement. They have texted to insure that all is going well. When I bring in a water sample, I feel they truly want me to enjoy the experience and are here for the long haul. This is the Derby location. The manager sent us a card with amazing water softeners. Thank you for making us feel special and not just another customer.

Very helpful and friendly employees
Poor service unless you’re a squeaky wheel. I waited more than 40 minutes to get my water tested. I watched them wait on everyone who walked in after me, eventually I gave up and left. This was a week day, not a weekend where you expect it to be really busy.
Very helpful with any questions. Beautiful store with so much more then just pool supplies!
We had a problem with outdoor furniture. Bryan and the staff worked with us to get full replacement as the company had issues with the previous furniture. It took some time but they were with us all the way. 👍
