Best towing company in Gainesville..and they have the best dispatcher..js!
They took my car after the complex told us that atleast 2 wheels had to be on the pavement if parking in the grass in which it was... He said I parked in the road and my car wasn't even in the road.... Also charged $165 it was really crappy. Once I got my car I noticed there was a leak of something. I'm pretty sure when they either attached it or lowered it, they punctured something or broke something. We went to Starbucks for 5 minutes. When we got out, they were towing our van with all of my daughter's belongings. The driver demanded $50 cash to drop the van. The driver and owner (Steve O'Grady) are vermin. Mr. O'Grady called me a "retard". Isn't that professional?
They towed my fiances car- he had a VALID visitors pass at my apartment complex. Also, the jump from $100 to $350 after 24 hours is disgusting.
This is a dishonest company that when I tried to discuss a problem I had with them I was told by the owner I could add it to the other 600 letters of complaints against his company. He even bragged he was reported on the news as the most hated man in Gainesville. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
