Only reason I gave a star is because I can't leave zero stars. Unprofessional, rude, and unethical. The drivers Mike and Rob will try to steal from you and them mock you while trying to tow your truck. Disgusting.
Unfortunately I've dealt with Ultimate two times and both times they were very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Not only are they shady and crooked they're theives. If you have any valuables in your car its almost a guarantee they will be missing after coming in contact with Ultimate Towing of Gainesville. I will be reporting them to The Better Business Bureau!!!
This tow company preys upon students and the unsuspecting good people in this town. They hide behind statutes and they constantly are using shady practices. One day this business is going to get shut down and thousands of people are going to rejoice
