Very unprofessional company. The sad part is I noticed it's the "owner" that strikes back with childish sarcastic comments. Almost like, "nah nah I own this company and don't care how anyone feels". He literally (emoji) laughs at disgruntled customers. I pray one day God touches your heart because I can tell you have hatred deep down for some unknown reason. Be blessed sir and I also pray for your success.
Towed my car out of my own neighborhood. Apartment complex had them birng it back for free. Still unacceptable.
This tow company preys upon students and the unsuspecting good people in this town. They hide behind statutes and they constantly are using shady practices. One day this business is going to get shut down and thousands of people are going to rejoice
Still waiting after two days for this company to have a manager call me they damaged my car there is a screw in my tire from there lot that has metal and random screws scattered around and there is body damage to my vehicle this company has a job i get that but it is also there job to not damage the vehicle that they are towing because any damages fall on this business , reading review after review the same things are echoed in how this company and there staff do "business" if you want to call the shady scamming things that ... read more
