Towed our car after an hour of being at main Street bars And billiards. Walked all the way to the office and the lady cops an attitude. Says she doesn't have our car. I say I'm staring right at it, she goes, there's no ticket written for it and it'll be $100. Only reason for towing was a call in.... Can't talk to anyone and another person came up right after us from shooting pool as well to find their car towed. Ruined an awesome night just because you couldn't find something better to do.
Very unprofessional and rude people. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he/she didn't work on the weekend and was given no way to contact him/her. Awful experience.
Most predatory, awful tow company in Gainesville. Crooks. Roam towing is scourge on Gainesville as is this company.
Everyone who works here is rude. They have no morals or manners. One of the tow truck drivers followed me back to my apartment just to point at the signs and harass me. Our parking lot was under construction and I had no other place to park. I were told to park on the street. I caught the man towing my car and tried to explain this to him, he did not care, the manager couldn't care less either and we're both disrespectful, meanwhile they have never been down our street before that day, and the day we have construction they d... read more
I would give this company a 0 if I could. Towed and damaged my friends car. And after reading reviews... just shows what kind of place that is. Disgusted. Disappointed. And mad.
