Order front and rear wipers for 2 cars, wrong on both orders. Sent incorrect front wipers on one car and incorrect for the rear on the other. Wouldnt be to bad if issue sorted but nearly 2 weeks now and countless emails and a phone call and still nowhere near getting the correct parts to me and just ignoring emails now!!!!!!
Awful customer service! Entered my reg nr. To match with right parts for my car, found one, read the description, no mention about the part doesn't fit AMG models, ordered, didn't fit, asked to exchanged for correct one or refund, received a delayed answers until got ghosted completely!
honest reviews 2025, don’t order from here , parcel do not come “next day” or next week , not even next month, just stay with euro car parts for future reference , they don’t bother to help resolve your issues, just take your money and ignore you
Ordered Depo headlights for my mk5 GTI. Item arrived with loose plastic inside the lense (you could not see this until fully installed as there is a protective film covering the lenses for installation). I reported this issue and they have told me to buy new headlights and return these ones. Why should I have to pay more money and risk getting new lights when they made the mistake in sending faulty components?!
