I ordered a wing mirror cover for my Focus, but they sent me the completely wrong one – it was for a Transit van instead. To make matters worse, the package was already opened. I had been waiting for this part for a few days after being promised next day delivery, and I was really disappointed.

Ordered a mirror cover for my van. The description said Vivaro 2019-2023, my van is a 2021. Received & clips were in different locations. After discussing with them on messages they refused to swap it even saying it was my fault & I had to pay return postage! Said I would expose them & all of a sudden it was a “mistake at their end”. Won’t ever buy from these, how many people have to done this to that hasn’t challenged?
