Ultimate Pest Control was absolutely brilliant, came promptly on Saturday evening. Knew where the rat got in, knew everything about rats. Discussed and let us choose what to do with pros and cons. Have not seen or heard or smelt rat again!!! I throughly recommend this service and it is not nearly as expensive as others, and is not a money grabber. Had a hornet trapped in our lounge that wouldn't leave. Very polite and professional with lots of knowledge and help before and after doing what needed to be done. Happy to come out late at night with was a massive bonus and was quick too due to being local.
