We are now on day 51 of a nightmare bathrooms install from Ultimate Home Solutions, complete disaster from the start, fitter was useless made a complete mess of everything he touched, now left with a drainage system that is backing up in to our bath and sink with soiled water, customer service just brush thing’s off, fitter drilled into a main drain stack and stuck a pipe inside of it causing blockages. Ultimate has been informed over the past week and just ignore you, already been in touch with trading standards.
