My experience with Ultimate Home Solutions Ltd was highly satisfactory. The sales rep was friendly and very informative. Without being pushy she went through a range of splash back designs, showers, toilets, sinks and flooring. The bathroom fitters were brand new, very easy to converse with and knowledgable about plumbing and fittings, kept me up to date through the entire process. I’ve never given a bad review till now but I felt our treatment by Ultimate Home Improvements warranted one. We agreed on a price with the salesperson on 24th April. She told us we’d just made it to the 25% off sale. It’s still on the website! She said it would be started in about 6 weeks and a surveyor would come out beforehand to check measurements. We had two new showers fitted and the process was very smooth from the sales to the visit by the trades person. Fitting was incredible, only taking two days to take out a wall, build a new one and fit two showers, bathroom and en suite. There was a small issue with a door seal which was fixed very quickly and we have had no problems since. very happy with the job.
