We're really happy with our new bathroom. Everyone we've dealt with at UHS has been pleasant and helpful, and really easy to get in touch with whenever we've had questions. Fitter Philip was a pleasure to have around the house, keeping us up to date with progress, and the finish of the room is outstanding. We'd be happy to go to this company again for future work.
Pressurise a deposit paid on the visit and unable to pay refund as promptly as it's paid. Would not recommend.
FINAL EDIT: Floor in bathroom failing to be waterproof and warping. Floor in kitchen cracked along large section of the middle, nowhere near anywhere water could have gotten. Overall unimpressed. EDIT 2: UHS have since gotten in contact to try and resolve my issues. They were unable to do so but were very clear and upfront in their communication with me regarding this and I appreciate that they made the attempt. Great experience with ultimate home solutions. Had a new bathroom fitted, it was completed very quickly and we are delighted with the end result. Great customer service and everyone we spoke to was really friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.
I would definitely recommend Ultimate Home Solutions. The customer service is fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. I'm extremely pleased with my new back and front door. The men who came to install them did a great job and tidied everything up everything afterwards. Love a workman who turns up with their own hoover . Both doors are fabulous. Very pleased .
