Excellent Care Excellent care from start to finish. The receptionist greated me warmly and I was taken back to my appointment right on schedule. Everyone was very kind and made the visit as enjoyable as it could possibly be. The lady that was checking me out confirmed information with the hygienist when my bill was higher than what she thought it should be. They were able to figure out the issue without overcharging me. What a marvelous experience! Janie was so professional in her technique and so attentive to my comfort. Of course Dr. Herod is always the ultimate professional and his consultation was precise and educational. I Highly recommend North Babcock Dental Care to everyone who desires personal attention with a touch of class!

This was the annual x-ray appt as well as semi-annual cleaning. X-rays were used to make sure nothing was missed in the cleaning. In house dental insurance is still more cost effective than obtaining outside insurance. X-rays showed a crown that has reached the end of its shelf life, so an appt was made to replace the existing crown. I am a satisfied customer at this time.

I hadn't had dental work or an exam for over 6 years and I decided to try North Babcock Dental since it appeared like a cozy little home on the outside. I have to say, every staff member was polite, caring, and Dr. Galván was very thorough and even cancelled an appointment to ensure he finished my root canal. I opted to have oral sedation. To be honest, it seemed quite pricey to write a prescription, send the patient to have them filled, then pay less than 30 dollars for generic meds, and charge the patient over $300 to tell... read more
