Very professional and friendly staff, very clean office. Initial appointment went well. The young lady that took the xrays and did my assessments was very knowledgeable and courteous. The dentist that reviewed my xrays and provided a plan of care for my oral issues was excellent as well. Looking forward to my forthcoming treatment.
My visit was on time, office was extremely clean, and the staff (including the dentist) were very professional. Janie, my hygienist, was very considerate of my small mouth allowing me frequent rest periods for my mouth.
The office staff & professional dental individuals are so courteous & caring....a unique environment. You always know your exact treatment & cost which is a "plus"! Highly recommend to all
I have to say that I really like the way Dr. Galvan's staff conducted themselves. The young lady that assisted and prepped me for the procedure was super helpful and fun to talk to. I liked how Dr. Burke backed up Dr. Galvan for the anesthetic it was a great display of teamwork. Her experience was apparent. The shots did not hurt at all! Your office was able to get me in almost immediately when I called. Everything was smooth and quick and both dentists were very helpful and honest with me about my jaw pain. They were very clear with what the treatment plan was, and where the treatment plan could lead to down the road. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today.
Very friendly people. Treated with respect. The doctor explained the choices that I have and the best one to go with. Will go back soon.
I really like the atmosphere and the personnel at this office. Such sweet people and they didn't try to get get me for every penny. I trust them, as opposed to the high dollar dentist that I went to before. I completely recommend this office. Love them!
I was extremely satisfied with everyone who treated me. The young lady who did my X-ray's was very courteous, very professional and friendly. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the Office, and exam rooms. All the staff was very friendly. I look forward to completing my needed dental work at North Babcock Dental Care.
