They genuinely care I have had a fear of dentist since birth. Ran out of a dental room when I was 21. Then I found a dentist in Helotes, who has since retired, which I would drive in from Austin to see. Dr. Galvan was recommended to me by Marion Sue Goodman so I made an appointment. Dr. Galvan and all the staff were so nice and friendly and made me feel so comfortable which is priceless for me. easy appointment Friendly personnel over the phone. Had a slot available for last minute appointment. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Office not hard to find. Updated office. Use of tablet to sign in. Teeth cleaned by hygienist, but also seen by doctor.

The entire staff made my visit pleasant. They were stressed over technical problems with their computer, however, this happens everywhere. All in all, the staff was very professional. Dr. Burks explained in detail my dental problems. Will begin addressing these problems next week.
